Here are ways you can help those affected by Thursday night’s Dallas shootings.
Assist the Officer Foundation
The foundation provides immediate assistance to an officer’s family in the event of the death of an active officer. To donate, go to atodallas.org
▪ Dallas-based Topgolf pledged $10,000 to the Assist the Officer Foundation. “We invite #Dallas businesses to join us in pledging $10,000 to the Assist the Officer Foundation,” Topgolf tweeted Friday morning.
▪ McDonald’s of Greater North Texas will donate $20,000 to the foundation: “We support the Dallas Police Officers and the communities we serve,” it said in a statement.
Guns and Hoses Foundation of North Texas
The non-profit organization assists families of fallen officers. Donate at gunsandhosestx.com
Line of Duty Fund
The Line of Duty Fund of The Dallas Foundation is accepting donations to support those Dallas Police Department and DART transit officers, including their families, affected by Thursday night’s shootings. To make a donation, go to dallasfoundation.org.
Fundraiser benefits Dallas officers
A crowdrise fundraiser will donate 100 percent of proceeds to the families of the Dallas officers killed and injured. To donate, go to crowdrise.com/support-dallas-police-department

Carter Blood Care has an ample supply, however, you can still find a location where you can donate blood at carterbloodcare.org
