Boat crushes car in Kaufman County
A boat came loose from a trailer and crushed a car just before 10 p.m. Tuesday while traveling west on Interstate 20 in Kaufman County.

The driver of the car walked away without serious injury, the Dallas Morning News reported, and it took authorities about two hours to clear the accident and reopen I-20 westbound at Farm Road 429.
It is believed another vehicle hit the boat and knocked it loose from the vehicle towing it, the News reported, before it landed on top of a Ford and crushed the passenger side.
