Hotel robbers arrested after chase in Dallas

DALLAS — Dallas police have arrested three men tied to eight robberies in North Dallas in a span of 24 hours.

A 911 call about a robbery came early Wednesday from the Residence Inn Marriott on U.S. 75 and Meadow. Employees told police that the suspects came in with weapons and demanded money. Officers found the suspects’ vehicle and began to chase them for about 20 minutes, all while the thieves tossed cash out of windows.

Police eventually caught up with them in a parking lot near U.S. 75 and Coit Road. Two people were arrested.
