Dallas police ask public’s help to find missing 56-year-old man last seen Tuesday
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 56-year-old man.
Kevin Scott Plummer was last seen on Tuesday at about noon on foot in the 18000 block of Carrollwood Drive.
He was wearing a blue shirt and gray pants, and was holding a cup.
Plummer is described as blond and gray-haired, blue-eyed, white man who stands at about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
He may be in need of assistance, according to police.
