Four killed, 11 injured in crash in rural Collin County

Four people were killed and 11 injured in a multi-vehicle crash in rural Collin County, authorities said.

The crash occurred Tuesday afternoon on Texas 121 at the intersection of County Road 528 in Westminister, just outside of Anna.

As many as eight vehicles were involved in the crash, according to media reports.

Video from NBCDFW.com shows a destroyed vehicle in the middle of the two-lane state highway.
