Dallas officer tribute car to race in NASCAR Sprint Cup this weekend
A Dallas police officer tribute car will be driven in the AAA Texas 500 Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth.
The car, sponsored by ZAK Products, is designed to honor those who have lost their lives in the line of duty, a news release from the business says.
The No. 83 BK Racing car will be driven by Matt DiBendetto.

Keller, along with Dallas Police Department Interim Chief, David Pughes, spoke at the unveiling of the car in Dallas on Wednesday.
“Moving forward is tough and we’re not beyond it yet. But events like this and encouragement and support from the community make our jobs more rewarding,” Pughes said in a statement.
ZAK Products, a Dallas-based company, is an official NASCAR partner that provides professional grade products to automotive service centers and car dealerships across the country.
