Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man who robbed an east Fort Worth chicken restaurant at gunpoint Monday night.

The robber, wearing a dark ski cap, dark jacket and dark jeans, entered the Wingstop at 2618 E. Berry St. about 11 p.m. and went into the bathroom. When he came out, he approached the counter with a silver-colored handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

He took cash from the register and fled on foot.

The robber is black, about 30 years old, 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 11, with medium build and medium complexion, no facial hair and a pronounced jaw line.
