Police continued their search Thursday for a woman who shot an acquaintance during a dispute at a home in south Fort Worth.
The 33-year-old man was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
The shooting in the 300 block of Afton Road was reported to police about 1:40 a.m. Thursday. The wounded man told police that he had been involved in a quarrel with a female acquaintance when she pulled out a handgun and shot him. Then she left.
Police have identified the suspect, but no one has been arrested.
