Four additional North Texas strip club managers arrested in sex trafficking case
Money paid for illegal sex acts at an Arlington strip club went to six collaborating managers, police said on Wednesday as they announced the arrests of four of them.
Two other managers at Chicas Locas were arrested in October when law enforcement agencies executed search and arrest warrants at the club.
Arlington police detectives reviewed evidence that they said they seized from the club and interviewed witnesses who the police said provided information about a criminal enterprise underpinned by sex trafficking.
The managers are Frank Budai, 37, Allan Salcido, 32, Jonathon Rivera, 30, and Trevor Brossette, 27, according to Arlington police. Each was arrested on suspicion of one count of aggravated promotion of prostitution and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Oziel Ramos, 25, and Ariel Tapia, 40, the managers who were arrested in October, have now been booked on suspicion of the same offenses as the four other defendants.
Beyond the prostitution promotion arrests, police on Wednesday said they identified Aaron Perez as a cocaine dealer who was operating out of the club. On multiple occasions, Perez, 32, sold cocaine to undercover officers and arranged for the transactions to take place at Chicas Locas, police said. He has been charged with three counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
The club is located in the 2700 block of Majesty Drive.
