A man was shot Sunday evening during an argument at a restaurant in north Fort Worth, authorities said.

The man was fired upon about 7:45 p.m. at Lisa’s Chicken & Seafood near Interstate 35W and Western Center Boulevard.

The victim was shot in the neck, according to a police record. Spokespeople for the Fort Worth police and fire departments did not describe his condition. The man was taken to a hospital.

Late Sunday, police arrested Matthew Petite, 36, on suspicion of aggravated assault with bodily injury and a deadly weapon.
