Man stabbed to death in fight at west Fort Worth convenience store, police say

A man was stabbed to death late Monday during a fight at a convenience store in west Fort Worth, police said.

The man, who was 26, was stabbed multiple times in the torso about 11:45 p.m. at a 7-Eleven in the 8500 block of Camp Bowie West Boulevard.

Nicolas Emmanuel’s death was caused by stab wounds of the chest and forearm, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office. He fought inside and outside the store with the assailant, Fort Worth police said.

The person who stabbed Emmanuel walked or ran from the store. An arrest has not been made, police said on Tuesday morning.

Emmanuel was taken in an ambulance to a hospital and died there.

The killing is the fifth homicide in the city in four days.
