Suspects in custody after police chase, shots fired at Fort Worth apartments

At least four people were taken into custody after shots were fired at a south Fort Worth apartment complex on Thursday afternoon, May 29, police said.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of East Robert Street about 3:30 p.m. after shots were fired from a car at the Valley at Cobb Park apartments, according to the 911 call records.

No injuries were reported in the shooting.

Police said officers later found the suspects’ car and chased it.

Multiple suspects were taken into custody at the end of the pursuit, but their names and potential charges were not immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
