Fort Worth police are investigating a shooting that injured one person early Saturday, officials said.

Officers responded to the 5700 block of Azle Avenue around 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, April 5. They found someone with a gunshot wound, police said.

The suspect is still at large, police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The circumstances of the shooting are under investigation, police said, and the Gun Violence Unit has been notified.
