Medical examiner identifies Fort Worth shooting victim who was dropped off at JPS Hospital

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a man who died after he was shot in south Fort Worth’s Morningside neighborhood on Jan. 26.

Quentin Styles, 26, died in an operating room at John Peter Smith Hospital from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

Styles was dropped off at the JPS emergency room about 11:30 p.m. after he was shot at a house in the 900 block of East Ramsey Avenue, police said.

Homicide Unit detectives are investigating what led to the killing. No arrests have been announced.
