Pedestrian struck, killed in early morning hit-and-run on Loop 820 in Forest Hill: police

The pedestrian was hit about 1 a.m. in the 3300 block of westbound SE Loop 820, Forest Hill police said.

No vehicle description was available, police said. Detectives are working to gather and analyze evidence that was collected at the scene.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has not released the name or age of the pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
