Fort Worth police ask for help identifying driver involved in fatal hit-and-run

Police are investigating a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian early Monday on Fort Worth’s south side.

The man was struck by a dark colored 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 1500 around 4:40 a.m. in the southbound lanes of 4100 McCart Avenue.

Police are asking witnesses or anyone with information to call 817-392-4885.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will publicly identify the victim.
