Two men killed in shooting at north Fort Worth home; no suspects arrested

Two men were killed in a shooting early Saturday morning in north Fort Worth.

Officers responded about 1:50 a.m. to a house in the 2400 block of Ross Avenue, according to a police call log.

The victims were pronounced dead at the scene of the double homicide. Police believe they were killed during an altercation with the shooter.

Detectives learned that an argument between several parties occurred and at least one person pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds, according to a police spokesperson. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle.

No arrests have been made. Homicide detectives are investigating and working to identity a suspect.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified one of the victims as 45-year-old Fermin Lucio Ramirez, whose address is listed as the home where the shooting occurred.
