29-year-old fatally shot in southeast Dallas; no suspects in custody, police say

A 29-year-old man was fatally shot in southeast Dallas on Tuesday night, police said.

Officers responded to the 8700 block of Dunlap Drive around 10:15 p.m. regarding a shooting call. The victim, Michael Chalmers, died at the scene, officials said.
