Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Stratford Park Drive shortly before midnight regarding a shooting, officials said. The victim told police he was sitting in his car when three unknown men approached and said they were going to take his vehicle.

One of the suspects pulled out a gun and fired it, striking the victim in the left shoulder. The suspects then fled on foot, the victim told police.
