Fort Worth shooting leaves man with wound to hand, victim uncooperative with police

Detectives are investigating a shooting in Fort Worth that left a man with a gunshot wound to the hand, according to police.

Police were called to the 1500 block of Sandy Lane around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday with a report that a person had been shot, according to a department spokesperson. When they arrived, officers found the man shot in the hand but he was not being cooperative.

The injury was non-life-threatening and the victim was taken to a hospital, according to police.
