Dallas police seek public’s help identifying two suspects who shot a man in a store
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects who shot a person in a store on early May.
On the evening of May 1, police responded to a call about a shooting in the 4900 block of West Illinois Avenue.
Two male suspects walked into a business and tried to go into a back room when they were stopped by a man, according to the investigation.
The man was shot when he attempted to search one of the suspects.
The suspects were locked inside the business and they shot the front door and broke the glass, leaving in a dark gray Nissan Sentra, according to surveillance video obtained by police.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and was treated for a non-life-threatening injury.
The investigation is ongoing.
