Former Dallas Cowboys player Brandon Carr arrested in Collin County on DWI charge
Brandon Carr, a former cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, was arrested Thursday on a DWI charge, according to jail records and Star-Telegram media partner WFAA-TV.
He posted bond and was released the same day.
Carr, 36, played with the Cowboys from 2012-16 and again in 2020. He started in 80 out of the 83 games he played with them.
Carr also played with the Kansas City Chiefs from 2008-11 and the Baltimore Ravens from 2017-19.
He is from Flint, Michigan, and was a standout at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, before being selected by the Chiefs in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL draft.
