No explosives found after bomb threat prompts evacuation of Denton County neighborhood
No explosives were found after a bomb threat prompted the evacuation of residents from an Aubrey neighborhood in Denton County on Saturday afternoon.
Little Elm police and the Denton Fire Department’s bomb squad responded to a threat of a bomb in the 1400 block of Morning Dove Drive around 3 p.m. Saturday, Little Elm police said.
After a search that lasted about two hours, police and the bomb squad determined there are no explosive in the area.
No arrests have been made, according to Little Elm police.
Police did not release any other details Saturday regarding the circumstances of the threat.
