Motorcyclist dies after he is ejected in Fort Worth highway collision, authorities say

A motorcyclist died on Sunday in Fort Worth after a collision with another vehicle on U.S. Highway 287, police said.

Darrick Frohm, 34, was ejected about 6:15 p.m. on the highway near Mitchell Boulevard, authorities said. Frohm lived in Fort Worth.

The motorcycle and a passenger vehicle were traveling south when they collided, Fort Worth police said.

Frohm was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police did not release other information about the collision.
