Suspect in custody following a shooting death in north Fort Worth
A person was shot to death on Saturday in north Fort Worth, police said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene in the 8500 block of Aventine Lane, a Fort Worth police spokesman said. The victim, who was male, was shot about 2 p.m.
Police arrested Dominique Davis, 22, on suspicion of murder in the killing.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office had not released the victim’s name or age.
