Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run in Fort Worth; police need help identifying suspect

Fort Worth police are seeking help to locate and identify a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run in the Diamond Hill area on Saturday.

At about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, the unidentified vehicle struck a white female who was crossing the street at 2916 N. Main St. and left the scene without checking on the victim, according to a press release.

The suspect was in a four-door Nissan with severe front-end damage, according to the release.

Detectives are asking any resident who has information regarding the hit-and-run to call 817-392-4885.
