The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim of a fatal Fort Worth stabbing Thursday as a 57-year-old man.

Dale Miles, of Fort Worth, died from a stab wound to the chest. His death was ruled a homicide.

The stabbing occurred in the 1300 block of E. Lancaster around 2:45 p.m. Thursday, according to the medical examiner’s report.

“Victim and suspect got into an argument and the physical fight in the bus pass line at the Tarrant County My Health My Resources office. The fight carried outside and the suspect stabbed the victim,” police said.

The suspect, 64-year-old Isaiah Walker, also of Fort Worth, was arrested on local warrants shortly after the incident, police records show.

Miles later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The arrest warrant affidavits for Walker were not available Saturday.
