One person in critical condition following apartment shooting in east Fort Worth

A person was in critical condition after being shot late Wednesday afternoon in east Fort Worth, police said.
Officer Buddy Calzada said the incident happened at an apartment complex in the 4700 block of East Lancaster Avenue. Officers responded to the scene about 5:15 p.m. and MedStar personnel were called to transport the victim to a nearby hospital.
Calzada said there are no suspects as of Wednesday night.
