About 840 crimes were recorded in Fort Worth in the last week in February, according to a Star-Telegram map created with police department data that the city released.

The most frequent crimes were theft (165), vehicle burglary (94), criminal mischief (86), assault (71) and auto theft (57), according to the data.

The map displays the locations of offenses with multi-colored dots. Clicking a dot reveals information about the crime.

The map includes filters for different offenses, and selecting a filter allows users to see only the occurrences of that crime.
