Homicide detectives arrest two suspects in January killing at south Fort Worth house
Two suspects were arrested Thursday on suspicion of murder in the killing six weeks ago of a woman in south Fort Worth.
Leontye Willis, 17, and Adrian Robinson, 19, were later booked into jail in connection with the Jan. 9 slaying of Anjonae Eubanks, according to a police log. Eubanks’ death was caused by a high-velocity gunshot wound to her head.
Fort Worth police did not release the killing’s motive.
Eubanks, 33, was shot about 11 p.m. and was near the front door of a house in the 6400 block of Canyon Circle Drive when police arrived. She was pronounced dead there.
Witnesses were taken to the police homicide unit office to be interviewed.
