One seriously wounded after drive-by shooting in Fort Worth residential neighborhood
One person was in serious condition Tuesday morning after being shot in a drive-by shooting in a residential neighborhood, authorities said.
Police officers were on scene in the 5600 block of Fletcher Avenue in west Fort Worth.
The shooting was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m.
A resident called and reported a neighbor had been shot, according to a police call log.
Police determined that someone in a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer opened fire on the victim before driving away.
Investigators believe the victim may have known the suspects.
A search continued Tuesday for the suspects.
