No arrest weeks after mom says 3-year-old was pepper-sprayed in the face
No arrests had been made as of Thursday evening weeks after a woman says her 3-year-old son was pepper-sprayed in the face in Fort Worth.
Diamond Alvarez of Fort Worth said she was outside with her son, Leo, in early April when a woman who used to live in the neighborhood off Crowley Road started yelling at them, Alvarez told NBCDFW.
The woman threw a soda can at Alvarez, drove toward Leo — who was on a child-sized four-wheeler — and pulled out a can of pepper spray.
Alvarez told Channel 5 that the woman sprayed her and her son in the face.
No arrests had been made in connection with the incident as of Thursday evening, Fort Worth Police Officer J. Pollozani said. Police have issued two warrants for the woman accused in the attack, according to the TV report.
