Man injured in shooting after early morning argument, Fort Worth police say
A man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Fort Worth early Sunday, according to police.
Officers with the Fort Worth Police Department were sent to the 2400 block of East Belknap Street — just northeast of downtown — at around 5:15 a.m. regarding a shooting, Officer Jimmy Pollozani said.
A man had been grazed with a bullet after fighting with another man. A call sheet says the injury was to the man’s head.
The reason for the altercation is unknown, Pollozani said.
