Man killed in shooting in Fort Worth on New Year’s Day

A man was shot and killed on New Year’s Day in Fort Worth.
Police were sent to 3315 Cherry Lane for a shooting call, according to police.
When they arrived, they found a man in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his upper torso, police said.
The man’s name was not released by police.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
