Witness saw someone running from scene of man's shooting death in Dallas

An unidentified man was pronounced dead early Thursday morning by Dallas Fire and Rescue after he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a crashed vehicle, police said.
A caller reported a shooting about 2:30 a.m. Thursday in a parking lot in the 5700 block of Preston View Boulevard. The caller said that a vehicle was crashed in the parking lot and that a man was fleeing the scene on foot.
Police say no suspects are in custody and that the shooting victim has not been identified.
