Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a Fort Worth bank Tuesday morning.
The robbery occurred about 9:15 a.m. at the BBVA Compass Bank at 13388 North Freeway.
Police say a man walked approached a bank teller, threatened the teller and demanded money.
He then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber is described as white, about 40 years of age, 6-foot to 6-2 inches tall and 180 to 200 pounds. He was wearing a black ball cap with a white mesh back and dark black long-sleeve pulled over shirt with black pants. He fled eastbound on Keller-Haslett Road in a black Chevy Suburban or GMC Yukon that had no rear license plate.
Anyone with information about the robber’s identity is asked to call Detective Michael Baggott at 817-989-3330 or Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477). Callers may remain anonymous and may receive a reward for information leading to an arrest of the suspect.
