One motorcyclist killed, second critically injured in a crash in Crowley

One motorcyclist died and another was critically injured after two motorcycles collided with a car in Crowley on Monday, police said.

Crowley police officers responded to the crash about 6 p.m. near the intersection of Business 1187 and Eagle Drive, police said in a statement.

Officers determined that two motorcycles collided with a passenger vehicle and one of the motorcyclists died at the scene.

The second motorcyclist was taken to a hospital in a critical condition, police said.

The driver of the vehicle was released at the scene, police said.

Police said the cause of the crash is under investigation.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will publicly identify the person who died.

This was the second fatal motorcycle crash in Tarrant County on Monday. A 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a high-speed crash in Arlington.
