Auto-pedestrian crash leaves one dead in Crowley, officials say

One person died after being struck by a vehicle in Crowley on Sunday, Jan. 26.

Around 8:48 p.m. firefighters responded to a major accident in the 3000 block of west Farm Road 1187. Air medical service was placed on standby, which was later canceled, Crowley Fire Department said in a social media post.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

Further details about what led to the crash had not been released.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the person who died after next of kin is notified.
