A development that promises 70 luxury homes is starting to take shape in Hurst, where prices will be in the $1 million range.

Toll Brothers, a leading luxury home builder, announced this week that the company is creating the Toll Brothers At Adkins Park development at Precinct Line Road and Doppler Court, near Colleyville, Keller and North Richland Hills.

Sales should begin in early 2025.

The homes, in the Keller school district, will be on 70-foot lots and range in size from 3,089 square feet to over 4,940 square feet. They will feature four to six bedrooms. People can customize their homes in the Toll Brothers design studio.

Chris Connolly, the city’s executive director of economic development and tourism, said the homes will generate approximately $331,000 annually in property taxes.

The streets are in place, and a masonry has been built, he said.
