Hurst was 96% built out until 30 acres went up for sale last year.

The land, in the 7600 block of Precinct Line Road, is the site for Adkins Park, a development for luxury, single-family homes. The property on the border of North Richland Hills and just south of Colleyville.

Hurst-based Our Country Homes has cleared the land and will build 75 homes costing $800,000 to $1 million, according to Chris Connolly, Hurst’s executive director of economic development and tourism.

The development will include 10 acres of open space.
