Body of Plano woman missing since Saturday found in Lake Lewisville, police say
A Plano woman who went missing Saturday was found dead in Lake Lewisville on Monday, according to the Plano Police Department.
On Saturday, Plano police were notified of a missing person who was last seen in the 7000 block of Bishop Road.
The Colony Police Department notified Plano police Monday that they had located a deceased person at Lake Lewisville who was possibly related to the missing person investigation from Saturday.
The deceased person, 32-year-old Sarah Dudley, was later identified as the missing person, police confirmed.
Her next of kin have been notified and the cause of death has not yet been determined by the medical examiner’s office.
The incident is under investigation by the Crimes Against Persons Unit and The Colony Police Department.
