Take a look inside one of Fort Worth’s newest Italian restaurants

You may have already seen Montgomery Plaza’s newest restaurant, Goat & Vine, on Instagram or TikTok.

According to operations manager Jack Cline, a video of the restaurant’s spaghetti al formaggio went viral in February.

“It’s made in a real wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano and it’s made table side.” Cline said.

But there is another dish not to miss at Goat & Vine.

“The black truffle cacio e pepe: it’s made with bucatini pasta, black truffles, parmigiana reggiano in a very savory cream sauce. It is outstanding.” Cline said, “Cacio e pepe is a very popular, authentic Italian dish and when we add the black truffle to it, it takes it to a whole other level.”
