Two killed in traffic accident involving car, motorcycle on Interstate 20 in Fort Worth
A Dallas man has been identified as one of the two people killed late Saturday on Interstate 20 in Fort Worth in a traffic accident involving a car and a motorcycle.
The name of the other man who died has not yet been released by authorities.
The Dallas man, Sergio Luis Torres Hernandez, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office. He died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 20.
KDFW-TV reported that the fatal crash involved a car and a motorcycle in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 near McCart Avenue in Fort Worth.
Fort Worth police did not release any details on the crash, saying the investigation is ongoing.
On social media, police said all lanes of eastbound I-20 from Granbury Road to McCart Avenue were closed for several hours late Saturday as police investigated the fatal accident.
