A 22-year-old suspect in the shooting death of a man at a party in east Arlington is still wanted, police said.

Francisco Javier Rodriguez, also known as “Chamuco,” is being sought by Arlington police and the U.S. Marshals Service on a murder warrant.

Hugo Castrejon-Hernandez, 25, died early May 2 at Medical Center Arlington of a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

A few hours earlier, police were called to a party in the 3100 block of Bahar Drive, in east Arlington, where they found Castrejon-Hernandez wounded.

“It appears that multiple subjects were at this location for a party and the suspect and victim knew each other,” Sgt. VaNessa Harrison, a police spokesman, said last week.

Police have not released further details about the shooting.
