Police arrested a 35-year-old woman at an Arlington mental health facility Wednesday afternoon on a capital murder warrant after two bodies were found at her house, according to police and public records.

Veronica Dunnachie was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at Millwood Hospital on North Cooper Street.

A little before 2 p.m., officers found two adult bodies in her home after someone called police to say that “critically injured people” could be inside, according to a news release from Arlington police Lt. Christopher Cook.

The house is just west of Texas 360 near the Grand Prairie line.

“Detectives are looking into the familial relationship between the suspect and the victims and whether or not this is domestic-related. At this time, we do not believe that any other suspect is involved,” Cook said.

The house is also near Bryant Elementary School, 2201 Havenwood Drive. After being notified by police, Arlington school officials kept students inside for a half-hour past the dismissal bell, a district spokeswoman said.

The names of the victims had not been released Wednesday night.

Dunnachie was booked into the Arlington Jail at 5:01 p.m. Her bail had not been set.
