Arlington apartment complex damaged by three-alarm fire
A three-alarm fire at an Arlington apartment complex Tuesday morning is under investigation, a city fire department spokesman said.
No injuries were reported in the blaze, but the Red Cross was called to assist families, fire department spokesman Lee Tovar said.
Crews were called about 4 a.m. to 708 Crescent Drive at the Trails at River Park Apartments near Green Oaks Boulevard in north Arlington. The blaze began in the bedroom of a first-floor unit before spreading through the walls to multiple units, Tovar said.
The fire was out by 7 a.m. Tuesday, but investigators remained on the scene.
