Luxury townhomes planned for transformed Arlington corridor
Luxury townhomes are coming to a section of Arlington’s downtown area that has seen a transformation in recent years.
Condor Equity LLC, a Dallas-based developer, has broken ground on Arlington 8, an eight-unit three-story townhome development at 901 W. Abram St., just north of the University of Texas at Arlington.
According to a Condor Equity LLC spokesperson, the townhomes will have three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The townhomes will be priced between $660,000 and $675,000 per unit, the spokesperson said, “subject to final design selections, finishes, and market conditions at the time of delivery.”
The townhomes will be pet-friendly, with attached two-car garages and additional guest parking. The development is expected to be completed in 2027.
Abrams Street underwent a major redevelopment project that was completed in 2020 after voters approved the project in a 2008 bond election. The redevelopment project — the largest in the city’s history — spanned seven miles, between Collins Street and just past Texas 360.
