19-year-old man killed in Arlington crash Saturday night after two vehicles collide

One person was killed Saturday night when a 2015 Volkswagen and a 2022 Silverado collided in an Arlington intersection, according to police.

The Volkswagen was going east on North Webb Ferrell Road while the Silverado was heading south on South Collins Street just before 10 p.m., police said in a news release. The two entered the intersection and crashed into one another.

The driver of the Volkswagen was killed, police said. The driver of the Silverado and a passenger in the Volkswagen were not injured.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man who died as Jose Angel Adan, 19, of Arlington.

Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the crash.
