StreetLights Residential, the Dallas-based developer of a multifamily community in Viridian in Arlington, has announced that the luxury apartments and townhomes are ready for lease.

The community, called The Louise, features 343 luxury apartments ranging in size from 588 to 1,674 square feet. Floor plans are available for studio to three bedrooms.

The apartments feature “urban mudrooms, dine-in island seating, granite countertops, deep drawers for pots and pans, spa-inspired” bathrooms and built-in Sonos speakers.

Viridian, a master-planned community in Arlington, is on 2,000 acres with access to five lakes, walking trails and shopping.

The first phase, called The Jackson, completed in 2021.

“After the success of The Jackson in Viridian, we’ve continued to see a demand for boutique-style luxury living in the area and were inspired to bring even more options for residents,” said Greg Coutant, StreetLights vice president of development.

The Louise includes 32 two-story townhomes with amenities including a “powder bathroom” on the first floor, a walk-in pantry, and a bathroom with a stone vanity.

The common area offers a lounge with co-working space, a private library, a conference room and an art studio. The fitness center has cardio equipment, a flex room for spin bikes and an outdoor yoga lawn.
