A motorist killed late Friday in a traffic crash has been identified as an Arlington man, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's website on Sunday.

The victim was Omar Celis Quiroga, 24, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the medical examiner's office. He died from multiple injuries suffered in the wreck on E. Park Row, and his death was ruled an accident.

Three other people were injured in the crash.

Officers responded to the major crash shortly after 11 p.m. Friday in the 2100 block of E. Park Row Drive.

Celis Quiroga was driving a pickup west on the street when it veered off into the eastbound lanes of E. Park Row Drive, and collided with a sports-utility vehicle head-on. Another truck which also was eastbound was damaged in the crash.

The driver of the SUV was taken to a local hospital by a helicopter ambulance with serious injuries.

Two people in the second truck were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

Investigators had not ruled out the possibility that alcohol or drugs may have been a factor in the wreck.

Authorities closed the street for about two hours as police investigated the fatal crash.
